Dear Sir/Madam: Congratulations! I bet your company gets many accolades like the one you're about to get from us! After several weeks getting estimates for a heating/two zone system, air cleaner and whole house humidifier from other companies. We decided to get "that one more estimate" And are we glad we did! First, we called and made an appointment with Mr. Wayne Schweizer, for 6:30p.m. Mr. Schweizer, was at our front door at 6:30p.m. as he said he would be. The other companies were either 15-45 minutes late, or did not even have the courtesy to call and say they would not be here. Mr. Schweizer explained what your company would install, how they would install it, and would have the old system removed and the new system installed the same day. (I thought yeah, sure! I have heard that before). I don't need to tell you that he was right, you already know that! In fact, Mr. Schweizer said: "a crew will be at your home between 7:00-8:00a.m." Sure enough, they were here and ready to work at 7:00a.m. Secondly, I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to your lead man "Jarrod". Whom, answered all of my questions, concerns in a professional and expert manner. Moreover, he lead his crew like a real leader! He insured that our home and its contents were well taken care of. When he and his crew completed the installation, they left our home in a clean, and orderly fashion. Finally, although your bid did come in the middle price range. The old saying holds true: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR." And we could not have spent our money more wisely than to spend it with your company and on your products! Sincerely, |

To the Staff & "Crew" at Econo Air, Just a quick note to send along this snapshot of the crew that installed our heating and air conditioning system. They did an excellent job and seemed to each have his assigned duties but also helped each other with the clean-up. Our neighbor who recommended Econo Air should get a "free" yearly filter inspection for bringing Econo Air to us. After six estimates we really did feel that your company provided us with the most economical system for the price. Dear Sirs, On Saturday a new furnace/air conditioning system was installed in my home. I would like to take this opportunity to commend the three young men who did the bulk of the work. Not only did they operate with the skill that was expected of professionals, but also with a great deal of personality. The net result was a very pleasant experience for my wife and myself. If all your installers are of this caliber, you will go far in this industry. Please pas along "a job well done" to these men.
