We recently relocated & moved into an older home in Anaheim, which, unfortunately, came with the originally installed AC & Heater. Albeit it was operational--it was deficient in every aspect; especially, not being energy efficient. Ergo, we had heard about & often seen Econo Air's trucks traversing thru Anaheim; and thought we would simply secure a preliminary estitmate to evaluate our options. We called them; and the estimator was schedule to see us within one day...on Saturday, no less. Although our original plan was "not" to purcahse a "new" AC/Heater unit, subsequent to our discussion; the Estimator's explanation of the work and their attention to detail; and the competitiveness of their quote; and the fact that we were offered a 5 ton unit for the price of a 4 ton unit, we committed to the job that day!
Within a few days Econo Air's crew commenced dismantling our old unit; and installing the new unit. The installation crew could not have been more attentive; courteous; efficient; and thorough--in every conceivable aspect. If that were not enough, they completed the entire project within the day; and unit performed & functioned without the slightest flaw. Truth-in-fact, it operated more efficiently and effectively than "any" AC/Heater unit we have "ever" had in any of our 7 homes! Moreover, Econo Air discovered & came across things in the installation that were not anticipated; nor expected, since these were "concealed" situations. Yet, they handled & corrected; and them in a par excellent manner devoid of any "additional" or "incremental" charges. Once again, validating their unequivocal attention to detail & installation proficiency.
After the job was completed, the clean-up was so impeccable--it was as though they had never even installed a new AC/Heater unit. Actually, it was "cleaner" than it was before they started.
The "after sale" was equally as gratifying for they ensured that all paper work necessary for the City Inspector [permit] was provided as well as calling us to walk us thru the "permit" steps. In additional, they scheduled one of their "dry wall" specialists to mud, tape & pathch one of the walls where is was mandatory to run some of the feed lines to the compressor.
As one can discern from the aforementioned, our experience with Econo Air was as close to "perfection" as one could ever experience. And in "every" aspect from the Estimator to the Installation Crew to Cust. Service to the follow-up; and, finally, to their appreciation for the job and installation opportunity. If the need is there, use Econo Air--you will never look back with regret!

Econo Air provided us with outstanding service. First their sales rep was honest, straight forward and explained the scope of the entire project. He even showed us photographs of past installs. Dear Sir/Madam:
Congratulations! I bet your company gets many accolades like the one you're about to get from us! After several weeks getting estimates for a heating/two zone system, air cleaner and whole house humidifier from other companies. We decided to get "that one more estimate" And are we glad we did!
First, we called and made an appointment with Mr. Wayne Schweizer, for 6:30p.m. Mr. Schweizer, was at our front door at 6:30p.m. as he said he would be. The other companies were either 15-45 minutes late, or did not even have the courtesy to call and say they would not be here.
Mr. Schweizer explained what your company would install, how they would install it, and would have the old system removed and the new system installed the same day. (I thought yeah, sure! I have heard that before). I don't need to tell you that he was right, you already know that! In fact, Mr. Schweizer said: "a crew will be at your home between 7:00-8:00a.m." Sure enough, they were here and ready to work at 7:00a.m.
Secondly, I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to your lead man "Jarrod". Whom, answered all of my questions, concerns in a professional and expert manner. Moreover, he lead his crew like a real leader! He insured that our home and its contents were well taken care of. When he and his crew completed the installation, they left our home in a clean, and orderly fashion.
Finally, although your bid did come in the middle price range. The old saying holds true: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR." And we could not have spent our money more wisely than to spend it with your company and on your products!
